1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any gvs88 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gvs88 platform.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any other security information). You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify gvs88 support immediately at [email protected]. gvs88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the gvs88 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same user (by IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other means), we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

gvs88 supports deposits through a variety of local Indonesian payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. You agree to deposit only funds that you legally own and that are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. gvs88 reserves the right to request proof of funds and payment source documentation at any time.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests must be made through the account dashboard and are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• All bonuses must meet their respective wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• gvs88 reserves the right to process withdrawals within 1-24 hours, though most are completed significantly faster. Processing times may be affected by payment provider schedules, especially during weekends and public holidays.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

gvs88 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. We reserve the right to request additional documentation (including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of funds) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal rejection.

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement is in place to prevent the platform from being used as a money-transfer service.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

By registering for a gvs88 account, you agree to receive promotional communications via email, SMS, or in-platform notifications. You may opt out of such communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. gvs88 is not liable for any bets placed in error or as a result of misunderstanding game rules.

gvs88 reserves the right to void any bet or game result if:

• There is evidence of technical error, malfunction, or system manipulation.
• The event or game was affected by fraud, collusion, or other illegal activity.
• The bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known.
• The bet violates these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.

6.2 Responsible Gaming and Limits

gvs88 encourages responsible gaming. Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through their account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be immediately increased or removed and require a cooling-off period.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure, any outstanding bets will be settled according to game rules, and any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. gvs88 is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure beyond those required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gvs88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of gvs88 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the gvs88 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of gvs88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gvs88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the gvs88 platform or services.
• Any technical errors, interruptions, or downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information.
• Any loss of funds due to user error, fraud, or third-party action.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with gvs88 services is to cease using the platform and close your account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gvs88 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to your use of gvs88 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration authority in the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
